摘　　要：根据艺术图像学研究方法"外部研究——内部研究"的模式,对世界顶级科学期刊封面装帧进行艺术学研究。"外部研究"说明世界顶级科学封面装帧的视觉表征类型,"内部研究"厘清封面装帧的艺术特征以及设计原则。同时希冀中国科学期刊封面设计,能够借鉴世界顶级科技期刊封面设计的经验,成功服务于传播中国的最新科学成果。According to research methods of art ikonologie, ＂Interaction between external and internal＂ mode, the paper discusses the cover binding of the world＇s top scientific journals in art perspective. ＂External study＂ explains the visual representation types of the cover binding of the world＇s top scientific journals. ＂Internal study＂ discloses the art characters and design principles of cover binding. Based on the cover binding of the world＇s top scientific journals, the cover binding of Chinese scientific journals would express China＇s latest scientific achievements in an even better fashion.
