摘　　要：通过对食品罐内盖结构工艺分析,设计了一套一模四腔的塑料注射模具。详细介绍了模具的结构组成,工作过程。重点阐述了分型面、组合型芯的设计以及二次推出塑件的原理。该模具具有结构紧凑,运动可靠,加工方便等优点。In this paper,through analyzing the structure process the inner-cover for the food jar,a kind of four cavities plastic injection mould was designed. Introduces the composition of the die structure and working process. This paper elaborated the design of parting surface design,the combination of core and the principle of two introduced. The mould has the advantages of compact structure,reliable motion,convenient processing etc.
