摘 要:目的探讨不同剂量甘草酸二铵(DG)对脱毛小鼠毛发生长的影响。方法用环磷酰胺建立小鼠脱毛模型。根据随机数字表将小鼠分为4组:模型组、空白组和2个剂量DG组,每组8只。模型组,任其自然生长;空白组,生理盐水灌胃100 mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)(10 m L·kg^(-1));2个剂量DG组灌胃50,100mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1),均连续8周。用HE染色、电镜观察脱毛区毛囊的病理形态学改变。结果在各时间点,与模型组和空白组相比,高剂量DG组的毛囊数目明显增加(P<0.05);而低剂量DG组仅略有增加(P>0.05)。给药8周后,与模型组比较,电镜观察显示,残存毛囊细胞中,线粒体模糊、空泡样化程度均明显减轻。结论高剂量DG通过减少脱毛小鼠的毛囊细胞损伤来促进毛发生长。Objective To investigate the effects of different dose of diammonium glycyrrhizinate( DG) on alopecia mice hair growth.Methods Alopecia mouse model was established by using cyclophosphamide. The 50,100 mg · kg^-1·d^-1DG and 100 mg · kg^-1·d^-1saline were fed separately in low-dose DG group,high-dose DG group and blank group,for 8 weeks after alopecia. Pathological changes of the hair follicle in alopecia area were observed by using HE staining and electron microscopy. Results Compared with the model group and the blank group,at each time point,it was remarkable difference in statistics of the number of hair follicle in high-dose DG group( P〈0. 05).Electron microscopy confirmed the degree of mitochondrion vague and vacuolar in remaining hair follicle cell in high-dose DG group were lighter than model group and the blank group after 8 weeks.Conclusion High-dose DG promotes hair growth by reducing the hair follicle cell damage.
