摘 要:针对井下煤与瓦斯突出现象,提出用凝胶泡沫封堵煤体裂隙、孔隙防止瓦斯突出的新思路。介绍了凝胶泡沫的性能及向煤体的孔隙、裂隙压注凝胶泡沫的防突机理,依据凝胶泡沫未胶凝前的流动性及胶凝后的黏结性,分析了压注凝胶泡沫占据了孔隙、裂隙,降低煤层孔隙率;与煤体固结为一个整体,提高煤体强度;封闭瓦斯,使其潜能被钝化;压注凝胶泡沫时的钻孔可提前释放一部分瓦斯,从而达到防突的目的。On account of the mine coal and gas outburst phenomenon, suggests a new idea of preventing gas outburst by gel foam plugging coal pores and fractures. Introduces the performance of gel foam and the mechanism of preventing outburst by pressing gel foam into coal pores and fractures. According to the liquidity of gel foam before gelling and caking property after gelling, analyzes the injicted gel foam occupy the coal pores and fractures to reduce the porosity,condense with coal as a whole to improve the strength,close the gas to passivate its potential and the drillings,injecting gel foam, can release part of gas in advance,so as to achieve the purpose of preventing outburst.
