新集矿区坚硬岩层金刚石钻头的选型研究

摘　　要：通过在新集矿区开展坚硬岩层钻进试验,选取了合适的钻探工艺,并采取了岩心进行分析,针对采取的岩心来优化金刚石钻头的各项参数。通过对比,表明优化后的金刚石钻头钻进效果提升明显,可用于新集矿区的坚硬岩层钻进。Through the development of hard rock drilling test in Xinji coal mine, the appropriate drilling method has been selected, and the author obtained the core to carry on core analysis, and optimized the parameters of the diamond bit for the core obtained. By comparison, optimized diamond bit＇s drilling effect is improved obviously, it shows that the optimized diamond bit can be used for drilling hard rock in Xinji coal mine.
