摘  要:采用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对中国和澳洲褐煤进行分析,XPS全图分析表明,胜利褐煤成分较为混杂,检测到C、O、Si、Al和Na元素;Loy Yang褐煤只检测到C和O元素,样品相对纯净。2种褐煤碳元素形态较为接近,不同形式碳元素含量由高到低依次为C-C、C-O、C=O和O=C-O。氧元素分布差别较大,胜利褐煤中C-O占绝大多数,C=O和O=C-O含量都很低;而Loy Yang褐煤中,O=C-O和C-O含量较为接近。X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) was used to analyze the lignites from China and Australia. The full-scale results showed that C, O, Si, A1 and Na was detected in the Chinese lignite, which means the Chinese lignite sample was quite complicated because of the high ash content, while only C and O was detected in the Australian lignite. The forms of the carbon in the two lignites were quite similar, and order of the proportion was that: C-C 〉 C-O 〉 C=O 〉O=C-O. The occurrence of oxygen was quite different: most of the oxygen in Chinese lignite was C-O, whereas in Australian lignite, the content of C-O and C=O is close.
