四硝酸戊赤藓醇5与配对盒基因在子宫内膜癌及子宫内膜上皮内瘤变中的临床表达研究

摘　　要：目的分析四硝酸戊赤藓醇5(PTEN-5)、配对盒基因2(PAX-2)及配对盒基因8(PAX-8)在合并感染的子宫内膜癌及子宫内膜上皮内瘤变中的临床表达,为临床诊断提供可靠的依据。方法选取医院2012年10月-2014年11月采用免疫组织化学SP法检测出的子宫内膜增生症(子宫内膜增生症组)、子宫内膜癌(子宫内膜癌组)及增生期子宫内膜(增生期子宫内膜组)患者各20例,分析3组患者在PTEN、PAX-2及PAX-8的临床表达方式以及相关意义;采用SPSS14.0软件进行统计分析。结果 3组患者中的PTEN、PAX-2阳性表达率呈逐渐降低趋势,PTEN、PAX-2的阳性表达与合并感染的子宫内膜癌及子宫内膜上皮内瘤变中病变等级、组织学类型呈负相关表达,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义;PAX-8在合并感染的子宫内膜上皮内瘤变中的阳性表达率差异无统计学意义;PAX-8在合并感染的子宫内膜癌中出现了比较异常的表达方式。结论 PAX-8的表达异常以及PTEN、PAX-2的表达缺失与合并感染的子宫内膜癌及子宫内膜上皮内瘤变有相关性。OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical expression of erythritol tetranitrate amyl 5（PTEN-5）,paired box gene 2（PAX-2）,and paired box gene 8（PAX-8）in endometrial carcinoma complicated with infections and endometrial intraepithelial neoplasia so as to provide reliable basis for clinical diagnosis.METHODS From Oct 2012 to Nov 2014,totally 20 patients with endometrial hyperplasia（the endometrial hyperplasia group）,20 patients with endometrial carcinoma（the endometrial carcinoma group）,and 20 patients with proliferative endometrium（the proliferative endometrium group）were detected by using immunohistochemistry SP method.The clinical expressions of PTEN,PAX-2,and PAX-8and the related significance were observed and compared among the three groups;the statistical analysis was performed with the use of SPSS14.0software.RESULTS The positive rates of expression of PTEN and PAX-2showed down ward trends in the three groups of patients.The positive expressions of PTEN and PAX-2were negatively correlated with the grade of lesion and histological type of the endometrial carcinoma complicated with infections and endometrial intraepithelial neoplasia,and there was significant difference between the two groups of data.There was no significant difference in the positive rate of expression of PAX-8in the endometrial carcinoma complicated with infections and endometrial intraepithelial neoplasia;the abnormal expression of PAX-8occurred in the endometrial carcinoma complicated with infections.CONCLUSIONThe abnormal expression of PAX-8and expression deletion of PTEN and PAX-2are associated with the endometrial carcinoma complicated with infections and endometrial intraepithelial neoplasia.
