摘　　要：目的探讨医院应对突发公共事件应急医疗救治的医院感染预防控制管理对策,提高医院感染应急处理能力,保障应急医疗救护质量与安全。方法对2013年"11.22黄岛输油管路爆燃事件"受伤患者救治工作中的医院感染预防控制管理工作进行分析,并完善医院感染预防控制体系和各项管理制度,优化急诊救护工作流程,充足的医院感染防护用品供应,严格的医院感染预防控制工作程序,对医院感染的严密监测与预警、应急处置和控制、善后处理。结果通过训练有素的工作人员的有效落实,使突发事件受伤患者的感染风险降至最低,伤口清创效果好,无重大感染和特殊感染发生,有效提高了受伤患者的医疗救治工作质量。结论实施有效的医院感染预防控制管理是医院提高突发公共事件医疗救护工作质量的重要环节,也是提升医院医疗服务质量的有效途径。OBJECTIVE To explore the prevention and control countermeasures coping with nosocomial infections in emergency medical treatment of public emergencies,boost the ability of emergency treatment of the nosocomial infections,and guarantee the quality and safety of the emergency medical treatment.METHODS The prevention and control of the nosocomial infections in the injured of′11.22 Huangdao oil pipeline deflagration events′were analyzed in 2013,the prevention and control system of nosocomial infections and the management systems were made improved,the workflow of emergency rescue was optimized,the sufficient protective supplies were ensured,the strict procedure for the prevention and control of the nosocomial infections was followed,and the close surveillance and early warning,emergency treatment and control,and afterward disposal of the nosocomial infections were carried out.RESULTS The risk of the infections in the injured of the public emergency was minimized through the effective implementation of the measures by the well trained staff,the effect of wound debridement was favorable,neither severe infections nor special infection occurred,and the quality of medical treatment of the injured was effectively improved.CONCLUSIONThe implementation of effective prevention and control of the nosocomial infections is an important link to improve the quality of medical rescue of public emergencies and is also an effective approach to raise the quality of medical service.
