摘 要:抓斗挖泥船长期工作于恶劣的腐蚀环境中,其船体结构特别是高应力的抓斗机基座结构,由腐蚀产生的强度变化需要被着重考虑。文章以一艘抓斗挖泥船为研究对象,对比分析了抓斗机基座结构在不考虑腐蚀和考虑腐蚀两者情况下的结构强度。研究表明,腐蚀会导致这些结构的强度降低,降幅随着船龄的增加而增大,当船龄超过15年时,腐蚀的影响已不可忽略。同时,出于安全考虑,建议高龄船舶的作业能力应考虑腐蚀影响进行降低调整;船舶检验展期可以通过进行考虑腐蚀影响的强度分析工作,提前进行风险评估。The strength reduction of grab machine foundation should be special considered while the grab dredger services on severe corrosion environments for a long time. In this paper, the structural strength of the foundation has been analyzed comparatively with and without considering corrosion. The results show that the corrosion of structure will reduce its strength, and the reduction will increase with the increasing of ship age. When the age of ship is more than 15 years, the reduction cannot be ignored. This paper suggests the dredging capacity should be decreased as a result of corrosion. The strength analysis is suggested during the ship's inspection so that the risk assessment can be done in advance.
