摘  要:水文绞关在长江水文测量中发挥着重要作用,但绞关钢缆在实际测量工作中易发生故障,既影响测绘工作进度,又增加员工劳动强度。通过设计一款绞关自动触底感应装置,让绞关滚轮上的弹簧装置感应钢丝受力情况,并利用行程开关自动控制绞车运转。经验证,该装置能有效减少绞关发生缠绕、脱盘的故障率,在不同水深和流场条件下,其性能达到设计要求,装置感应灵敏,安装简单,具备内河测量船舶的应用条件。The hydrological survey plays an important role in the hydrological survey of the Yangtze River.Twisted off cable failures often occur in the survey work,which not only affect the progress of surveying and mapping work,but also increase the labor intensity of employee.The force of the spring device on the ground of the roller is made by designing a cutter,and stroke switch is used to control the operation of the winch.It is verified that the device can effectively reduce the failure rate of the winding and the failure rate of the cutter.In different water depth and flow field condition,the performance can meet the design requirements.The device is sensitive,the installation is simple,and it can meet the application requirement of inland ships.
