摘  要:远洋测量船船载测控设备是我国航天测控系统中重要的组成部分,在高密度、高强度、高难度(即"三高")任务形势下,测量船船载测控设备的维修决策问题日渐突出。文章结合船载测控设备的使用背景和目前的维修保障能力,梳理了亟待解决的维修需求,并引入国际上较为成熟的维修理论——以可靠性为中心的维修,参考其逻辑框架,针对每一项维修需求制定了相应的维修对策,再将所有维修对策进行整合,得到了船载测控设备预防性维修大纲。维修大纲的制定为测量船测控设备的维修需求提供系统的维修对策及切实可行的操作流程,为远洋测控任务提供有力的保障。The Yuanwang ocean-going surveying vessel is an important part of aerospace measurement and control system in China.Under the 'Three High(High-density,High-strength,High-difficulty)' task performs,the maintenance decision-making of measurement and control equipment in the measurement vessel is becoming more and more serious.Combining with the usage background and the current maintenance support capacity of the measurement and control equipment,the paper combs the prompt maintenance requirements.Then,it introduces the reliability centered maintenance(RCM) which is an advanced theory in the international,and the reasonable maintenance strategies are established referring to the logical framework of reliability centered maintenance analysis.According to the maintenance requirements,the corresponding maintenance strategy is developed.It integrates all maintenance countermeasures and the preventive maintenance outline onboard is obtained.Maintenance outline provides systematic maintenance countermeasures and practical operation process,which offers strong guarantee for measuring and controlling task on the ocean.
