摘  要:[目的]研究不同光强条件对穿心莲植株生长及有效药用成分的影响。[方法]在3个光照培养箱设置相同的温度及不同的光强,分别观察记录不同处理条件下穿心莲生长的农艺性状,并测定其有效药用成分。[结果]在相同的温度条件下,光照强度过高易导致穿心莲植株偏低,总体长势并非越好;而光强最高,穿心莲主要药用成分含量总值最高。[结论]适当的光强较适宜穿心莲的生长,光照强度过高或过低都会影响穿心莲的主要药用成分的提高。[Objective]To study the influences on the growth and the main medicinal ingredients ofAndrographis paniculata under different light intensity condition.[Method]To set different light intensity in three light growth incubator, then respectively observing and recording the agronomic traits of the growth of A ndrographis paniculata under different treatment conditions, and determining its main medicinal ingredients.[Result]Under the same temperature condition, light intensity too high could easily lead to the low height of plant, the overall growth was not better;when the light intensity was highest,the gross of main medicinal component content was the highest.[Conclusion]Proper shading treatment was good for the growth of A ndrographis paniculata,and light intensity was too high or too low will affect the increasing of main medicinal ingredients.
