山东省大中专院校学生麻疹和风疹抗体水平调查分析

摘　　要：目的评价山东省大中专院校学生麻疹、风疹抗体水平,为预防控制麻疹、风疹提供依据。方法 2011年10月按照分阶段整群抽样原则,在山东省东、中、西部地区采集1 599名15~24岁大中专院校健康学生血清标本,用酶联免疫吸附试验单孔定量方法检测麻疹和风疹免疫球蛋白（Immunoglobulin,Ig）G,并进行统计分析。结果大中专院校学生麻疹、风疹Ig G抗体阳性率分别为95.06%、83.80%,抗体几何平均浓度（Geometric Mean Concentration,GMC）分别为940.59国际单位/升（IU/L）、50.94 IU/ml;本省学生麻疹抗体阳性率（95.50%）高于来自外省学生（90.85%）（χ~2=6.38,P=0.01）;中部地区、20~24岁学生风疹抗体阳性率及GMC均分别高于其他地区和年龄组,差异均有统计学意义。结论本次调查显示山东省大中专学生麻疹抗体阳性率总体处于较高水平,但GMC相对较低;风疹抗体阳性率明显低于麻疹。现阶段对大中专入学新生常规开展麻疹风疹联合减毒活疫苗（Measles and Rubella Combined Attenuated Live Vaccine,MR）补充免疫,有助于消除麻疹和控制风疹。Objective To evaluate the level of antibodies of measles and rubella among college students in Shandong province for measles and rubella control. Methods 1 599 serum samples were collected from the college students aged 15 ~ 24 years old in the east,middle and west areas of Shandong and were tested for immunoglobulin（ Ig） G antibodies of measles and rubella with single hole quantitative enzymelinked immunosorbent assay（ ELISA）. The results were analyzed in statistical way. Results Serum positive rate of measles and rubella were 95. 06% and 83. 80% and geometry mean concentration（ GMC）were 940. 59 international unit（ IU） / L and 50. 94 IU / ml,respectively. Measles Ig G positive rate of resident students was higher than that of students from other provinces（ χ~2= 6. 38,P = 0. 01）. Rubella Ig G positive rate and GMC of students from Shandong middle areas or aged 20 ~ 24 years old were higher than that of students from other areas or age groups,with statistically significant differences. Conclusion The level of Ig G positive rate of measles was high among college students but GMC was low,and the level of antibodies of rubella was lower than that of measles. It would be helpful to eliminate measles and control rubella if measles and rubella combined attenuated live vaccine（ MR） is added to supplementary immunization for new college students at present.
