在病房药房中使用智能麻醉药品管理柜的实践和体会

摘　　要：目的:运用信息化管理手段规范病房药房麻醉药品、第一类精神药品管理,提高管理水平及工作效率。方法:介绍智能麻醉药品管理柜的主要结构及功能,讨论其用于病房药房麻醉药品管理的优势及存在问题。结果:智能麻醉药品管理柜用于病房药房麻醉药品管理可实现管理规范化、精准化,提高工作效率,提高药品安全性。但因药柜空间局限性及北京大学肿瘤医院尚未实现药品条码管理,导致药品自动识别不足。结论:智能麻醉药品管理柜让麻醉药品管理更加规范、精准、高效和安全,值得在医院药事管理工作中推广。Objective：To standardize the management of narcotic drugs and psychoactive drugs of categoryⅠin the ward dispensary by the information management method,so as to improve the management level and working efficiency.Methods：The main structure and functions of the smart narcotic drug cabinet were first introduced,then,the advantages and the existing problems concerning the use of the smart cabinet in the management of narcotic drugs were discussed in the paper.Results：The use of smart narcotic drug cabinet would facilitate the realization of standardization,precision,higher working efficiency and,above all,better safety of drugs in the ward dispensary.However,due to limited space of the drug cabinet and failure in the application of bar code management in the Peking University Cancer Hospital,the capacity of automatic recognition of drugs still remained weak.Conclusion：The smart narcotic drug cabinet would facilitate the realization of standardization,precision,higher working efficiency and safety of narcotic drugs,which was worth further extension in the hospital drug management.
