摘 要:监控与检测丙酮、氨气、氢气的浓度,不论在环保、公共安全、消防、生物医药以及早期疾病诊断方面都具有非常重要的地位.近年来随生物医药蓬勃发展,非侵入式的检测方式开始被广泛研究,气体传感器因具有价格低廉、易操作、分析结果快等优点被作为最有应用前景的检测手段之一.以微制程技术及电化学法制备聚苯胺/铂金/氧化铝电极(PANI/Pt/Al2O3),然后组装气体传感器.探讨了制备的电极材料的特性及其分别对丙酮、氨气、氢气的感测特性,使用循环伏安法与定电流法,基于感测讯号的大小,优化电极的制备条件,将制备完成的传感器应用于丙酮、氢气与氨气的感测,并对结果进行了分析讨论.The monitoring and test of the density of acetone,ammonia and hydrogen are of great significance in environment protection,public safety,fire control,biological medicine and early disease diagnosis. As a non-invasive testing device,the gas sensor is widely studied with vigorous development of biological medicine. Gas sensor has often been considered as one of the most promising testing devices because of its low-cost,easy operation and rapid analysis of the results. The paper studies PANI / Au / Al2O3 prepared by the microfabrication technologies and the electrochemical methods,the assembly of the gas sensor and its application in the sensing of acetone,ammonia and hydrogen. Meanwhile,the paper also does research on the properties of the prepared electrode material and also its individual sensing properties when the prepared electrode material is used to sense acetone,ammonia,and hydrogen. Based on the strength of sensor signals,cyclic voltammetry and constant current anodizing are used to optimize the preparation condition for electrode. Finally,the paper discusses and analyzes the results when the prepared sensor is used to sense acetone,ammonia and hydrogen.
