摘　　要：我国产业集群带来了经济的飞速发展,也给环境带来了严峻挑战。产业集群面临的资源环境问题迫使其寻找一条新的转型升级道路;循环经济作为节能减排的重要手段,成为优化资源配置、保护环境的重要方式。两者结合,优势互补,可以构建一种经济效益与生态效益统一的产业集群发展模式,为产业集群的转型升级提供新的生机与活力。要想在产业集群中顺利发展循环经济,不仅需要对集群产业链条进行改造,还需要政府、市场、科技等方面的支持。Industrial cluster has brought economic rapid in our country, but it also brings serious challenges to the environment. The resources and environment problems force industrial cluster to find a new path of transformation and upgrading. As a means of energy conservation and reduction, circular economy becomes an important way to optimizing the allocation of resources and protecting the environment. Combination of industrial cluster and circular economy can build a model to benefit economy and ecology, and provide new vigor and vitality for transformation and upgrading of industrial clusters. If you want to carry out circular economy smoothly in the industrial cluster, we will not only need to rebuild the cluster industry chain, but also try to get support from government, market, technology and so on.
