我国高校市场化融资的障碍分析及对策研究

摘　　要：我国高校市场化融资起步晚,与西方发达国家相较差距明显。目前我国高校市场化融资面临着制度、思想意识、法律、人才、风险认识与管理能力等方面的障碍,使得很多高校陷入债务融资困境。为排除市场化融资障碍,高校应采取加快高校市场化融资配套制度改革、建立和完善相应的法律制度、加强宣传消除思想意识障碍、加快相应的专业人才培养与聘任等对策。Market-oriented financing in Chinese colleges and universities started late, so there is an obvious gap compared with western developed countries. And now, the Chinese market-oriented financing in colleges and universities faces the obstacles of system, ideology, law, talent, risk knowledge and management ability and so on, which makes colleges and universities involved in the debt financing difficulties. In order to overcome the obstacles of market-oriented financing, Chinese colleges and universities should speed up the reform of market-oriented financing supporting system, establish and perfect relevant legal system, strengthen the propaganda to remove obstacles ideology and accelerate the corresponding professional talent training and employment, etc.
