农民工健康贫困测量及影响因素分析——基于环境公平视角

摘　　要：进城农民工是一个规模庞大的特殊群体,他们在工作中承受环境污染,在住房、健康等方面也承受着社会发展结果带来的环境污染成本。农民工工作和居住环境缺乏相应的环境安全防护,在工作中不得不承受更多的环境成本,健康受到损害,陷入健康贫困。本研究以北京市为例,利用"城市化进程中的农民工问题研究"数据,采用Or-dered-probit模型,选择个体特征、居住环境、工作环境和其他四个维度21个变量,分析环境对农民工健康的影响。研究发现,虽然农民工对城市生活基本满意,但面临着较高的健康风险,受职业病、工伤影响,且社会融入度不高,居住和工作环境对其健康有重要影响;当健康受到侵害时,却没有权利和能力维护自身权益,从而陷入收入贫困。The migrant workers were special and large-scale. They not only born the work condition environment pollution, also born the consequences of environmental pollution on living conditions and health. But the migrant workers＇ working conditions and living conditions are lacking of safety protection. They have to born more environment cost during they are working and their health are easy to be injured, and then they may fall into poverty. The paper took Beijing as an example and used the data of The Research on Migration Workers in the Proceeding of Urbanization, by useing the Ordered-probit model, 21 factors from the view of individual factors were selected, living conditions, working environment and other factors, and the environment affecting on health were analyzed. The conclusion included that the migration workers were general satisfy with their lives in cities, but they faced higher health risk. They suffered occupational diseases, injuried affected, and lacked of social protect. Their living conditioned and working environment had a major impact on their health. When the migration workers injured, they didn＇t have rights and abilities to protect themselves and fell into income poverty.
