思然滴眼液治疗干燥综合征患者干眼病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察思然 滴眼液对原发性干燥综合征患者干眼病的治疗效果。方法选择2009年10月至2014年5月在桂林医学院附属医院风湿免疫科住院并确诊为原发性干燥综合征的122例患者共244只眼，使用思然 滴眼液滴眼治疗，比较治疗前、治疗后1、2、4周的干眼相关检查（泪膜破裂时间、角膜荧光素染色、泪液分泌实验、睑板腺功能评分）结果。结果使用思然 1、2、4周后患者的干眼相关检查与使用前相比发生了明显的改变：角膜染色改善、泪湖高度增加、BUT延长；睑板腺功能评分改变不明显，SchirmerⅠ试验无明显增加。结论思然0可以改善患者的眼表健康状况，无法改善患者的睑板腺功能及增加泪液分泌。Objective To assess the efficacy of Systane Ultra Lubricant Eye Drops （Alcon, Alcon Inc, Fort Worth, TX, USA） for the treatment of dry eye associated with primary Sjogren＇s syndrome （pSS）. Methods One hundred and twenty two pSS patients with dry eye admitted to the department of Rheumatology and Immunology, Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical College from October 2009 to May 2014 were retrospectively analyzed, assessments of after using Systane Ultra Lu- bricant Eye Drops were compared with those before using the eye drop, which included tear film breakup time （BUT）, width of tear meniscus, wet lengths of filter paper （Schirmer Ⅰ test）, comeal fluorescein staining score, meibomian gland function score. Results Comparison with the baseline, the related indexes of dry eye had taken place obvious changes after using Systane Ultra Lubricant Eye Drops, the value of BUT and width of tear meniscus increases while the comeal fluorescein staining score decreases, meanwhile meibomian gland function score and schirmer Ⅰ scores had no significant change. Conclusions The Systane Ultra Lubricant Eye Drops is effective for improving the health status of ocular surface, but it couldn＇t improve the meibomian gland dysfunctiont or increase the secretion of tears.
