摘　　要：为了执行国家能源政策及环保政策，节能、减排，以及由于近年来特殊钢需求量大增，生产特殊钢的钢包精炼炉必须向现代化发展，但是在已有的钢包精炼炉中，由于控制技术比较落后，使得三相电极电流互相干扰、电弧稳定性差，要想向现代化发展，受到了限制。如若采用计算机控制，则这些问题迎刃而解。为此，本文介绍了钢包炉用新型计算机控制系统，并介绍了它的工作原理及运行效果。In order to carry out the energy policy and environmental protection policy from national,as well as needing a great quantity of special steel, the ladle furnace must develop to become modernization, but conventional ladle furnaces exist the backward in control technique, the three phase electrode Interaction Effect, not enough stable electric arc burn etc. Therefore, in order to develop it to become modernization, we must use the computer control system. The article introduced the new type computer control system, and discuss its working principle and operation advantages
