2009—2014年《中国全科医学》杂志载文及被引情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解2009—2014年《中国全科医学》杂志载文及被引情况,从文献引证的角度透视期刊的学术水平和质量。方法利用《中国生物医学期刊引文数据库》(CMCI)进行检索,在"期刊"项中选取"中国全科医学",在"年代"项中输入"2009—2014年",依据检索出的统计数据,利用文献计量学方法,对《中国全科医学》杂志2009—2014年载文被CMCI来源期刊引用的情况进行分析及评价。结果 2009—2014年《中国全科医学》杂志共载文8 553篇,被引篇数为4 819篇,总被引频次为19 462次。单篇论文被引频次为1次的论文篇数为1 459篇,占30.28%;单篇论文被引频次最高为50次;单篇论文被引频次10次及以上的篇数为415篇,占8.61%;单篇论文被引频次10次以下的篇数为4 404篇,占91.39%。共有29位著(译)者的论文总被引频次为32次及以上。结论《中国全科医学》杂志载文质量和被引频次均较高,反映了中国全科医学的历史和最新发展,被全科医生、全科医学研究者、政策制定者广泛利用,是其获取信息的主要途径之一,也是我国全科医学领域最为重要的核心期刊。Objective To investigate the papers published in the journal of Chinese General Practice（ CGP） and their citation status from 2009 to 2014,and to evaluate the academic level and quality of the journal from the perspective of literature citation. Methods A retrieval was made in Chinese Medical Citation Index（ CMCI）. The ＂ Chinese General Practice＂ was taken as the searching object under the column of ＂ periodical＂ with the time range set as ＂ 2009—2014＂. Based on the statistical data obtained from the retrieval and using bibliometrics method,analysis and evaluation were made on the status of papers published in CGP from 2009 to 2014 and were cited by the source periodicals of CMCI. Results From 2009 to 2014,CGP all together published 8 553 papers and had 4 819 papers being cited,with a total citation frequency of 19 462. The number of paper being cited for one time was 1 459,accounting for 30. 28% in all cited papers; the highest citation frequency of a single paper was 50; the number of papers cited for 10 times or above was 415,accounting for 8. 61%; the number of papers cited less than 10 times was 4 404,accounting for 91. 39%. There were 29 authors（ translators） saw their published papers being cited for32 time or above. Conclusion Papers published in CGP have high quality and citation frequency,which reflects the history and latest development of Chinese general practice which has been widely used by general practitioners, researchers of general practice and policy makers and has become one of major resources of information about general practice and the most important core journal in the field of general practice in China.
