摘　　要：目的总结神农科技信息网创办20年来的经验与教训,不断探索与改进科技信息为"三农"服务(即农民服务、农业生产服务、农村建设服务)的新方式和新途径,为科技信息服务"三农"提供参考与借鉴。方法以宝鸡市渭滨区神农镇科学技术协会创办的神农科技信息网为例,简要总结20年来进行的科技信息服务"三农"的方式与方法,以及所取得的一些突出成就,对目前存在的问题进行分析与讨论。结果神农科技信息网创办至今已有20年之久,以农业科技期刊为主,自筹资金,统一订阅,传递流通,面对农村,服务农业,惠及农民。累计订阅科技期刊2561种,达5.5万余册。发展会员2000余人,交流共计超过12万册(次),采取上门换书超过2.4万次,走出了一条乡镇科协服务"三农"工作的新路子。20年来培育了一批养殖、种植专业户,为推动农村经济发展,带领农民勤劳致富,培养和扶持了一批领头羊。结论农村发展需要科技支撑,农民致富需要科技扶持,农业生产需要科技给力,神农科技信息网的科技惠民之举,才刚刚扬帆起航,任重而道远,虽然在未来的征途可能会遇到无数的惊涛骇浪,但是,追梦的初衷永远不会改变。Objective-To provide reference for scientific and technological information service to＂three agricultures＂by summarizing the experience and lessons of founding and running Shennong Science and Technology Information Network（SSTIN）in the past two decades and continuously exploring and improving the new modes and approaches for scientific and technical information serving＂three agricultures＂（that is,services to farmers,agricultural production and rural construction）.Methods-Briefly summarized are the modes and approaches for scientific and technical information servicing＂three agricultures＂as well as outstanding achievements gotten over 20 years with SSTIN founded by Science and Technology Association of Shennong Town,Weibin District,Baoji City,Shaanxi,China as an example.Then the existing problems are analyzed and discussed.ResultsFaced with countryside,serving agriculture and benefiting farmers,SSTIN,which has been established for 20 years,mainly contains agricultural science and technology periodicals,self-raised funds,unified subscription and circulation.SSTIN has subscribed to 2 561sci-tech journals,more than 55000 copies.Moreover,it has recruited over 2 000 members,the journals and books exchanged within the SSTIN numbers amount to more than 120 000copies（times）,the journals and books were delivered more than 24 000 times to readers＇ houses for exchange.SSTIN has opened a new service model that a township association for science and technology information gives service to＂agriculture,rural areas and farmers＂.Over 20 years,SSTIN has not only fostered a batch of specialized households of breeding and planting but also cultivated and supported a batch of leaders promoting rural economic development and leading farmers make a fortune.Conclusion- Rural development needs the support of science and technology,making farmers become rich requires the support of science and technology and agricultural production needs the support of science and technology.SSTIN which can give scientific an
