脾虚证模型大鼠外观表征和神经功能态及不同健脾方作用的比较

摘　　要：目的:比较中医补脾类方对脾虚证模型大鼠外观表征和神经功能状态的影响。方法:大鼠按随机数字表法分为正常组、模型组、补中益气汤组、四君子汤组、参苓白术散组,采用饮食失节+过度疲劳法复制脾虚模型。实验期间观察各组大鼠外观行为、体质量、体温变化和外周血相关指标。结果:较之于正常对照组,模型组大鼠出现外观行为异常,体质量、体温、血浆c AMP、Ach及c AMP/c GMP比值均降低,c GMP升高。较之于模型组,各给药组大鼠体质量、体温、c AMP及c AMP/c GMP升高,外观行为变化积分和c GMP降低,补中益气汤组和参苓白术散组Ach升高。三方组间比较,补中益气汤组体温和c AMP/c GMP均较其他两组升高,参苓白术散组Ach较其他两组升高。结论:补脾三方对脾虚证大鼠的脾虚症状、体温及植物性神经功能失调均有不同程度的改善作用,但对症状群的改善及对交感神经/副交感神经功能的调整各有侧重。Objective： To compare the effects of different reinforcing spleen recipes on the appearance representations and nerve function in rats with spleen-deficiency syndrome. Method： The male wistar rats were randomly assigned into the normal group（ group 1）,the spleen-deficiency group,Buzhong Yiqi Decoction group（ group 3）,Si Junzi Decoction group（ group 4）,Shenling Baizhu Powder group（ group 5）. Rats of group 3,4 and 5 had been respectively fed with medicine of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,Si Junzi Decoction,Shenling Baizhu Powder 4. 05 g·kg- 1for two weeks. The ones of the group 1and 2 were fed with equivalent physiological saline for two weeks. All the changes in behavior,body weight and temperature were observed and recorded. On the 29 thday,all rats of plasma levels of 3 ＇,5 ＇-cyclic adenosine monophosphate（ c AMP）,3＇-5＇-cyclic guanosine monophosphate（ c GMP） and achtylcholine（ Ach） were detected. Result： Compared with normal group,the model rats shown the abnormal of behavior and the weight,body temperature,plasma c AMP,Ach and c AMP / c GMP decreased significantly,c GMP increased significantly. Compared with model group,The weight,body temperature,c AMP and c AMP / c GMP of the three medicated groups all increased significantly,the behavior of integral value and c GMP decreased significantly. Plasma Ach increased significantly in group 3 and 5. Compared with group 4 and5,the temperature,c AMP and c AMP / c GMP increased significantly in group 3,compared with group 3 and 4,the Ach increased significantly in group 5. Conclusion： Three different reinforcing spleen recipes on the spleen-deficiency symptoms,temperature and vegetative nerve function of rats model with spleen-deficiency syndrome had marked improvement,however,to improve different types of schizophrenia,sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems function had particular focuses respectively.
