摘 要:微混合器是当今世界微流体领域的研究热点之一,具有极其广阔的应用前景。在微通道内实现液体的高效扩散和混合,进而开展化学和生物分析等反应,对微流体芯片的设计和制造具有重大意义。借助数字光刻投影系统和微波炉改性方法制作了一系列被动式微量液体混合器芯片,通过对比实验分析设计了可在低雷诺数状态下实现两液体快速高效混合功能的被动式微混合器。实验结果显示:在加工的微混合器通道尺寸最小为40μm,雷诺值为0.68时,可实现较好的混合效果。同时,整个微流体加工工艺无需光刻机等昂贵的专业设备,也无需超净间等特殊环境,在普通生化实验室3 h内就能完成微混合芯片的制备。整个混合器的制作成本低、耗时短、操作简单,可作为大多数普通高校实验室开展微流体芯片研究的一种参照和借鉴。Micro mixer is one of the hot research spots in the world of microfluidic field, which has a very broad application prospect. In the micro channel, to achieve a high efficiency of liquid diffusion and mixing, and to carry out chemical and biological analysis, it is very important for the design and manufacture of microfluidic chip. With the help of digital lithography projection system and microwave modification method, a series of passive micro hquid mixer chips was successfully made. By compa- ring the experimental analysis, the passive micro mixer with two liquid fast and efficient mixing function was realized at low Reynolds number. The results show that the minimum channel size of micro mixer is 40μm, and the Reynolds number is 0.68, which can achieve better mixing effect. Meanwhile, the micro fluidic processing technology does not need expensive specialized equipment, such as lithography machine and does not require special environment, such as clean room. The microfluidic mixer chip can be achieved in general biochemistry laboratory within 3h. The production cost of the whole mixer is low, and the time is short, and the operation is simple, and it can be used as a reference for the research of micro fluidic chip in the laboratory.
