摘　　要：The e-commerce has been more and more important for the procurement of material and parts in aviation enterprise. As a trend and hot-point of supply chain management, the electronic supply chain management should be utilized to achieve the rapid, healthy and orderly development of e-procurement. In this paper, the main reasons for applying e-SCM in the advanced experience both at home and abroad were firstly analyzed.
