摘  要:选择甘肃省家畜繁育中心公牛站20头正常采精种公牛为研究对象,比较采取环境控制措施前后及应用进口稀释液和自配稀释液分别生产的冷冻精液中微生物的数量。结果表明,采取环境控制措施、应用进口稀释液均能极显著降低冷冻精液中的微生物含量( P<0.01),同时以使用进口稀释液效果最佳。To take control measures on the barn, cattle body, semen collection, laboratory environment and reduce the content of microorganism in frozen semen, totally 20 bulls were selected as the object of study, the microbial content of frozen semen in the application of imported diluent and self prepared dilution measures respectively before and after the production of frozen semen were analyzed. Results showed that take environmental control measures, application of imported dilution ratio self prepared dilution could significantly reduce the content of microorganism in frozen semen(P〈0.01). The use of imported dilution effect was the best.
