奶牛乳房中药涂膜剂临床应用效果试验

摘　　要：本研究通过治愈率测定试验、有效率测定试验、对产奶量影响试验和对乳汁中体细胞数的影响试验,对奶牛乳房中药涂膜剂的用药安全性进行了评价。治愈率试验结果表明,低、中、高剂量治疗组的治愈率分别为77.27%、90.91%、91.43%;与对照组相比,差异极显著(P<0.01)。有效率试验结果表明,低剂量治疗组到用药第9天时,有效率达100%;中、高剂量治疗组到用药第7天时,有效率都达100%;低、中、高剂量治疗组与对照组相比,治疗有效率差异极显著(P<0.01)。对产奶量影响试验结果表明,低、中、高剂量组的奶牛日产奶量分别增加10.64%、18.79%和18.87%,与对照组比较,差异极显著(P<0.01)。对乳汁中体细胞数的影响试验结果表明,奶牛乳房中药涂膜剂低、中、高剂量治疗组乳汁中体细胞数分别减少了75.21%、87.26%和87.62%,与对照组比较,差异极显著(P<0.01)。故该制剂可安全应用于临床。Security analysis have carried out from aspect of healing rate determination, effective power determination, milk quantity effect test, and somatic cell counts effect test. Medication security was evaluated to cow breast traditional Chinese drug plastics through clinical application effective experiment. The experiment result about healing rate determination showed that, cow breast traditional Chinese drug plastics were showed up significant inhibition to inflammation caused by xylene. Masculine disease incidence were 22.73%, 9.09%, and 8.57% respectively, the healing rate were 77.27%, 90.91%, and 91.43% respectively. Compared to control group, healing rate was raised up obviously, and the difference was significant extremely（P〈0.01）. Effective power experiment indicated that, the low dose group effective power reached 100% until the nine days, the middle dose and the high dose group effective power reached 100% until the seven days. Efficiency variance of all the three groups was significant extremely compared to control group（P〈0.01）. Milk quantity effect test showed that, daytime milk quantity were increased 10.64%, 18.79% and 18.87% respectively at all the three groups that was significant extremely compared to control group（P〈0.01）. To the somatic cell counts effect test, the result showed that, somatic cell counts grew downwards 75.21%, 87.26% and 87.62% respectively at all the three groups that was significant extremely compared to control group（P〈0.01）. The praeparatum which traditional Chinese drug plastics to cow breast was safety.
