摘 要:采用电化学方法研究了喷丸处理、酸洗处理、氧化铁皮对一种免酸洗钢磷化膜耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,喷丸处理样磷化膜组织和成分不均匀,磷化膜的耐蚀性较差;酸洗处理样磷化膜组织呈圆形颗粒状,腐蚀电位较高,腐蚀电流密度和阳极溶解速度较高,磷化膜的腐蚀溶解速度较快;氧化铁皮样磷化膜组织呈均匀致密竖条型,阳极溶解速率较低,磷化膜的腐蚀溶解速度最慢。The influences of shot blasting,pickling and oxidized scale on corrosion resistance of phosphate coating of a free-pickled steel were investigated by using electrochemical methods.The results showed that the microstructure and composition of phosphate coating of the shot blasting sample were unevenly distributed and corrosion resistance of phosphate coating was poor.The microstructure of phosphate coating of the pickling sample with higher corrosion potential was rounded particle,but corrosion current density and anodic dissolution rate were higher and the dissolution rate of phosphate coating was faster.The microstructure of phosphate coating of the oxidized scale sample with lower anodic dissolution rate was uniformity and compact bar type,and dissolution rate of phosphate coating was slowest.
