摘　　要：为了提高脱硫扒渣效率及消除底吹扒渣存在的漏铁风险,武钢炼钢总厂二分厂开发了KR顶吹扒渣设备,并用于铁水脱硫。起初生产中存在喷枪寿命低及喷吹效果差的问题,有针对性地对喷枪顶吹系统进行了改造,并对喷吹工艺进行了优化,喷枪寿命由最初30次提高到了62次,扒渣时间缩短了2min。In order to improve desulphurization and slag skimming efficiency and rule out hot metal leaking risk with bottom blowing slag skimming,No.2Steelmaking Plant of WISCO developed KR top blowing slag skimming equipment for desulphurization of hot metal.At first,the spray gun life was low and the slag skimming effect was poor.After the system of the top lance was improved and the spray blowing process was optimized,the spray gun life was increased to 62 times from the initial 30 times and slag skimming time was shortened by 2minutes.
