摘 要:随着我国人民生活水平的不断提高,肉、蛋、乳、水产等动物性食品的消费量日益增加。但是,动物的疫病很多,人们食用患病动物的产品会引起食物中毒或食肉感染。肉源性动物的寄生虫病中,有许多是人畜共患寄生虫病,因此,为保证消费者食用安全,需要加强检验与处理。With the continuous improvement of people's living standard in our country,the consumption of meat,eggs,milk products,aquatic products and other animal food was increasing. But animal epidemics were a lot. When people took sick animal products,it could cause food poisoning or predatory infection. In meat source parasitic diseases of animals,many of them were parasitic zoonosis. Therefore,in order to ensure the food safety of consumers,it was necessary to strengthen inspection and processing.
