手术标准化护理方案在宫腔镜手术中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨手术标准化护理方案在宫腔镜手术中的应用效果。方法选取2013年8月~2015年3月就职的手术室洗手护士19名作为研究对象,共配合127台手术。对比干预前后护士知识水平、各项操作合格率、手术室时间、器械损耗件数及外科医生满意度。结果干预后,护士知识水平、360°分值上升为（92.56±18.25）分、（97.74±2.01）分;干预后病理标本合格率从75.4%提高到95.2%,术前物品准备齐全率从78.5%提高到98.4%,术后物品器械清点处理合格率从73.8%提高到93.5%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;器械完备率、外科医生满意分值均上升,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论手术标准化护理方案提升了手术室护士知识水平、操作水平及工作效率,明显提升手术室护理质量和医师满意度,其临床应用价值高。Objective To explore the application effect of surgical standardized nursing regimen on hysteroscopic surgery.Methods From August 2013 to March 2015,19 scrub nurses worked in operating room who successfully cooperated with 127 surgeries were selected.The nurse′s knowledge,qualified rate of each performance,operation time,number of pieces of equipment spoilage,and surgeon′s satisfaction before and after intervention were compared.Results After interventions,nurse′s knowledge and score of 360 degrees were rose to（92.56±18.25）points and（97.74±2.01）points respectively.The qualified rate of pathological specimens was increased from 75.4% to 95.2%.The complete rate of preoperative item preparation was increased from 78.5% to 98.4%.The qualified rate of inventory and disposal on materials and appliance after surgery was raised from 73.8% to 93.5% with statistical differences（P0.05）.The ready-rate of instruments and score of surgeon′s satisfaction were both increased with statistical difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Surgical standardized nursing regimen increases nurse′ s knowledge level in operating room,operating skill,and work efficiency,and greatly improve nursing quality of operating room and surgeon′s satisfaction,which has a high value in clinical application.
