摘 要:采用全谱直读型直流电弧原子发射光谱法同时测定锆及锆合金中的16种微量元素的含量。样品在1 000℃下灼烧4h后,与氯化银载体按4比1的质量比混合后,填充于4mm×2mm的石墨电极中,以10 A的直流电弧激发,持续40s,采用电荷耦合器件检测器进行检测。16种元素的线性范围均为0.000 3%~0.030 0%,检出限(3s)均小于2.6mg·L^(-1)。各元素的加标回收率在86.7%~120%之间。AES with direct current arc was applied to the determination of trace amounts of 16 elements in zirconium and its alloy.The sample was heated at 1 000℃for 4h,and then mixed with silver chloride as carrier in the mass ratio of 4∶1.The mixture was filled into4mm×2mm graphite electrode,and excited with DC of 10 A for 40 s.Charge coupled device detector was used.Linearity ranges of the 16 elements were same in the range of0.000 3%-0.030 0%,with same detection limits(3s)of 2.6mg·L^(-1).Values of recovery obtained by standard addition method were in the range of 86.7%-120%.
