摘 要:以硅氢加成反应合成的端环氧基硅油(ETPDMS)与丙烯酸为原料在四丁基溴化铵作用下合成一端带有烯基,另一端为环氧基的功能性硅油(EAPDMS),再将其接枝在树枝状聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM)上,合成含硅树枝状-线型加脂剂(PAMAM-Si)。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱及纳米粒度分析仪表征分析了产物的结构及乳液性能。将PAMAMSi应用于皮革加脂工序中,与市售合成加脂剂加脂后的革样对比,胚革表现出优异的柔软性和防水性,其粒面静态接触角可达115.1°。The functional polydimethylsiloxane( EAPDMS) was prepared with epoxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane( ETPDMS) by hydrosilylation reaction and acrylic acid using tetrabutyl ammonium bromide as catalyst,which has one end with alkenyl and the other end with epoxy group. Then EAPDMS was grafted to dendritic polyamide-amine( PAMAM) to synthesize silicon based dendritic-linear fatliquor( PAMAM-Si). FT-IR,1H-NMR and nano particle size analyzer were utilized to characterize the structure of the product and the particle size of the emulsion. The PAMAM-Si was applied to fatliquoring progress. It is shown that the fatliquored leather with PAMAM-Si exhibits more excellent softness and water proofness than the commercial synthetic fatliquor,and the water contact angle on its grain side is 115. 1°.
