摘  要:为了解决氧化石墨烯(GOs)的制备及在聚合物复合材料中的分散问题,文中采用球磨法制备GOs,通过原位聚合法制备GOs/酚醛(PF)原位树脂,通过辊炼、模压成型工艺制备GOs/PF原位复合材料。研究GOs添加量对酚醛复合材料力学性能和动态力学性能的影响,采用X射线衍射和Raman光谱对GOs结构和性能进行表征,采用凝胶渗透色谱、差示扫描量热分析和热重分析对原位树脂相对分子质量、固化性能和热性能进行表征,采用扫描电镜对复合材料的冲击断面进行形貌观察。结果表明,GOs添加量为0.25%时,GOs/PF原位复合材料的冲击强度、弯曲强度和储能模量相比纯酚醛复合材料分别提高了21.8%,13.8%和25.8%。扫描电镜结果表明,GOs/PF原位复合材料的断面上可见明显的片状GOs。In order to solve the preparation of graphene oxide( GOs) and its dispersion in polymer composites,GOs were prepared by ball milling method,the GOs / PF in situ resin was prepared by in-situ polymerization,and the GOs /PF composites were prepared by rolling and molding process. Effects of GOs contents on the mechanical and dynamic mechanical properties of PF composites were studied. The molecular weight,curing and thermal properties of the in-situ resin were characterized by GPC,DSC and TG. The impact fracture surfaces of the composites were observed by SEM.The results show that compared with pure PF composites,the impact strength,flexural strength,and storage modulus of GOs / PF in situ composites with 0. 25% of GOs are increased by 21. 8%,13. 8% and 25. 8% respectively. SEM result show that evident flaky GOs appear on fracture surfaces of GOs / PF in-situ composites.
