摘  要:利用FTA技术,建立地铁车门系统失效故障树模型,根据故障树基本事件(底事件)对应的故障率以及分布规律,运用蒙特卡洛(Monte Carlo)法对地铁车门系统可靠性进行模拟计算,得出了地铁车门系统失效概率模型,同时将仿真结果与理论计算结果进行了对比分析.结果表明:仿真结果与理论计算比较吻合,计算方便、可靠、快捷,提高车门系统的可靠性,为日常维护提供了依据,同时此方法适用于部件服从任意分布类型,体现了其处理复杂系统可靠性问题的优越性.Subway door system fault tree model was established based on FTA technology. According to basic event of fault tree( bottom event) corresponding to the failure rate and distribution,Monte Carlo method is used for the subway door system reliability simulation calculation to obtain the subway door system failure probability model,and the simulation results is compared with the theoretical calculation result analysis. Results show that the simulation results are coincide with the theoretical calculation,and it is convenient,reliable and fast with an improved reliability of the door system. This method is applicable to the parts subject to arbitrary distribution types,embodying the superiority of dealing with complex system reliability problems.
