摘　　要：亚太战略作为印度大国战略的重要组成,经过几十年的发展与深化,已经取得显著成效。印度全方位融入亚太地区,目前已成为亚太地区重要的行为体,并且对亚太地区权力格局产生一定影响。莫迪政府上台后,印度的"东向政策"升级为"东向行动政策",印度的亚太战略进入新阶段。印度亚太战略形成与深化的逻辑起点,缘于对自身发展诉求、南亚区域合作现状,以及亚太地区发展趋势的判断,并受内外多重因素驱动。印度亚太战略是综合经济发展、政治影响、安全合作与文化输出等多重目标的综合性战略设计,实现自身发展并增加对外交往的战略选项是其核心目标。在"开明的国家利益"原则指导下,印度实施亚太战略总体思路趋于务实,路径选择也趋于多样。印度的亚太战略有中国因素存在,但战略实施也为印度发展与中国关系提供了机遇。印度亚太战略处于重要战略机遇期,但同时也面临诸多现实挑战。India's Asia Pacific Strategy is a core part of its overall strategy as a great state.The past ten years of development and advancement of this strategy have started to yield clear benefits for India.India has fully integrated into the Asia Pacific region,and is already a key actor within the region,wielding a significant impact on the regional balance of power.After the Modi Administration took office,India's 'Look East' policy was upgraded to an 'Act East' policy,marking a new chapter in the development of India's Asia Pacific Strategy.While driven by a range of both internal and external factors,the fundamental logic behind the emergence and development of India's Asia Pacific Strategy stems from India' s own developmental needs,the reality of regional cooperation in South Asia and developmental trends in the Asia Pacific Region more broadly.India's Asia Pacific Strategy takes a comprehensive view,considering economic development,political influence,security cooperation and projection of its culture.Such a comprehensive strategy advances India's own developmental objectives while increasing its strategic options for outward engagement.Following the principle of ' rational national interests' in implementing its Asia Pacific strategy,India's overall thinking is pragmatic,while its options remain multifaceted.India's Asia Pacific strategy is certainly influenced by the China factor,but in practice,the strategy has been applied to develop new opportunities for relations with China.India's Asia Pacific Strategy is in the midst of a critical period of opportunity,however it also faces many challenges.
