摘 要:高压管道运行压力高、输送介质危险,一旦发生流体介质泄漏事故,后果极其严重。有关资料统计表明,高压管道密封失效多发生在法兰连接处,导致法兰密封失效的主要原因是密封垫片受力不均匀和不当的螺栓预紧力。通过分析法兰连接螺栓预紧力与法兰金属密封圈压紧状态的力学关系,以螺栓最小轴向应力为约束条件,建立高压管道法兰连接密封性安全评估模型。该模型有助于确保高压管道可靠密封与安全运行。Because of the high operation pressure of high pressure pipeline and the dangerous conveying medium in pipeline, the consequence will be extremely serious once the fluid leakage occurs. Relevant data statistics show that the seal failure of high pressure pipeline most likely happens in flange connection and the main reasons are uneven force of the seal gasket stress and the improper pre-tightening force of bolts. Through the analysis of mechanical relations between flange connecting bolt pre-tightening force and flange metal seal compaction state, the safety assessment model for high pressure pipeline flange connecting seal based on minimum bolt axial stress as constraint conditions is established. The model helps ensure the relia- ble sealing and safety operation for high pressure pipeline.
