摘  要:通过应用荧光法和碘量法测定海水中溶解氧的对比实验,分析荧光法测定海水溶解氧的可行性。结果表明:荧光法的测定值较碘量法的测定值偏低,但可以通过一元线性回归方程进行校正。得出的校正方程为Y=1.048X-0.074,其中X为荧光法测定值,Y为校正值。校正方程的相关系数R为0.964,置信水平P<0.001。样本量的多少对校正效果没有明显影响。结果证明荧光法是测定海水溶解氧的可靠方法,适用于溶解氧的在线监测,值得推广。The reliability of the fluorescence method to measure dissolved oxygen in seawater is accessed through the experiment comparing with the traditional Winkler method. The measurement results from the same samples show that there exists a negative bias between the measured values determined by the fluorescence method and those determined by the Winkler method, but it could be corrected by a linear regression equation. The derived equation is Y=1.048X-0.074, where X represents the value measured by the fluorescence method and Y is the corrected one. The correlation coefficient R of the linear regression is 0.964, and the confidence level P is better than 0.001. The sample magnitude used to determine the regression equation has neglectable effect on the corrected results. This proves that the fluorescence method is a reliable method to measure dissolved oxygen in seawater, which benefits the in-situ automatic monitoring on seawater dissolved oxygen, like the application for buoy-based measurements, and thus has remarkable application values.
