摘　　要：针对传统测量系统缺乏对测量要素变化的实时监控,无法实现对各类测量数据的统一管理的问题,基于C#.NET开发了一种数据监控管理系统。该系统采用三层应用架构,设计了状态机对实验流程进行控制。系统的应用为开展海洋能发电装置室内定型测试提供了有效的技术手段。To resolve the problem that traditional measuring systems are weak in real-time monitoring and centralized management on the measured data, this paper develops a data monitoring and management system based on C#.NET, which consists of three levels of application frameworks, and designs a FSM to control the test flow. The application of the designed system provides an effective technical means for conducting the interior type approval test of ocean energy conversion equipment.
