摘 要:我国潮流能资源较为丰富,应对潮流能进行综合评价,为规划开发利用提供参考依据,而资源评价是其中的重要方面。通过主成分分析法对22个区域潮流能资源相关的8种特征要素进行分析,提取了4个主要特征成分作为评价指标,并结合谱系模糊聚类分析法,利用适宜的相似矩阵计算方法得出资源分区结果,确定了评价指标优化的科学性和区划方法的可行性。China boasts relatively abundant tidal current energy resources. The comprehensive evaluation on the resources should be conducted for providing a reference basis for the planning and using of tidal current power.Based on the principal component analysis method, the characteristics of the 8 kinds of elements related to the tidal current energy resources in 22 regions are analyzed to extract the constituents of the 4 major characteristics as the evaluation indices. Combined with the hierarchical fuzzy clustering analysis method, this paper uses appropriate similarity matrix method to calculate the resource partitioning results, so as to validate the scientificity of the optimization of evaluation indices as well as the feasibility of the regionalism method.
