大花蕙兰新品种选育——植物学特征比较分析

摘　　要：[目的]根据育种的目标和市场要求,筛选大花蕙兰杂交育种优质新品种。[方法]以大花蕙兰杂交果荚为原材料,经组培非共生萌发后获得杂交苗,通过层次分析法与灰色关联度法综合评价,筛选出11株优良株系,并对筛选出的变异优良株系以其亲本品种为对照进行植物学性状鉴定。[结果]11份株系在形态特征上与其对应亲本都有较为明显的差异。[结论]♀浪漫×♂黄金薄荷(161-1)具有一定的观赏价值,♀马州立卡×♂红颜(169-2)具有较高的观赏价值,♀马州立卡×♂红颜(169-1)观赏价值高。[ Objective ] According to breeding objectives and market requirements, high quality variety of hybrid breeding of Cymbidium hybrid- ium was selected. [ Method] Taking Cymbidium hybridium hybrid fruit pod for raw materials, gain hybrid plants by asymbiotic propagation, and screen eleven good individual plants by AHP and Grey relation grade analysis, and campare their characteristics with parental varieties. [ Result ] The results showed that there are obvious differences among 11 plants and corresponding parent on the morphological characteristics. [ Conclu- sion] The ornamental value of three varieties is 169-1 〉 169-2 〉 161-1.
