摘　　要：[目的]明确1.5%甲维·绿僵菌素悬浮剂对斜纹夜蛾的使用剂量、防治效果以及对作物的安全性。[方法]通过小区试验测定1.5%甲维·绿僵菌素悬浮剂对甘蓝斜纹夜蛾的田间药效。[结果]在2.4 g a.i./hm2剂量下喷施,1.5%甲维·绿僵菌素悬浮剂药后3 d对斜纹夜蛾的防效可达72.80%,药后7 d防效达80.19%,效果均好于对照药剂5%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐悬浮剂3.0 g a.i./hm2剂量下的同期防治效果,持效期可达14 d。[结论]1.5%甲维·绿僵菌素悬浮剂在防治斜纹夜蛾上具有良好的效果和应用前景。[ Objective ] The aim was to definite dosage and control effect of Emamectin benzoate destruins 1.5% SC against Spodoptera litura as well as its safety to crop. [ Method] We determined the field efficacy of Emamectin benzoate destruins 1.5% SC against Spodoptera litura through plot test. [ Result] The control efficacy of Emamectin benzoate destruins 1.5% SC sprayed at 2.4 g a. i./hm2 against Spodoptera litura reached 72.80% after three days and was 80.19% after seven days, which were superior to that of Emamectin benzoate 5% SC sprayed at 3.0 g a. i./hm2. The control efficacy could last for 14 days. [ Conclusion] The Emamectin benzoate destruins 5% SC has a good prospect in the control of Spodoptera litura.
