摘  要:[目的]建立高效的西洋参胚性愈伤组织诱导体系。[方法]以裂口的西洋参种子为试材,研究不同激素对西洋参种胚脱分化启动与愈伤组织诱导的影响,并分析其体胚发生过程。[结果]不同激素对西洋参胚性愈伤组织诱导效果存在明显差异,当培养条件为MS+2,4-D 0.5 mg/L+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.5 mg/L时,愈伤组织诱导率最高为96.4%;在解剖显微镜下观察,西洋参体胚发生过程中球形胚、心形胚、鱼雷形胚和子叶形胚清晰可见。[结论]该研究为西洋参快繁体系的建立和优化奠定一定的理论基础。Abreact [Objective] To establish a high-efficiency embryogenie callus induction of Panax gineng L.. [Method] Taking the seeds of Panax ginseng L. with openings as test material,the effect of different culture conditions on the callus induction from embryonic axis explants of Panax ginseng L. was studied, and the process of somatic embryogenesis were analyzed. [ Result] The result showed significant differences by studying influence of inducement for callus in different hormones. Orthogonal experiment indicated that the culture conditions: MS + 2,4-D 0.5 mg/L + 6-BA 1.0 mg/L + NAA 1. 0 mg/L + IBA 0.5 mg/L had extremely significant callus effect, the induction rate up to 96.4%. The Paruax g/nseng L. somatic embryogenesis could be observed dearly, which experienced globular embryo heart-shaped embryo, torpedoshaped embryo and cotyledon embryo under a dissecting microscope. [ Conclusion] The study provide some theoretical basis for the establishment and optimization of rapid propagation system. Key words Panax quiquefolium L. ; Callus; Culture condition; Somatic embryo
