基于Logistic模型的征地补偿价格研究——根据河南省扶沟县农户问卷调查数据  

Research of the Compensation Price for Land Requisition Based on the Logistic Model——Using the Farmers Questionnaire Data in Fugou County,Henan Province

摘　　要：根据在河南省扶沟县的问卷调查和半结构式访谈数据,了解了当地农民的基本生活状况和对征地补偿的意愿,进而建立有序的Logistic回归模型,分析计算得出农民期望得到的征地补偿价格。结果表明,扶沟县农民对征地补偿的期望值为119.79~173.91元/m^2,这一结果是现行的征地补偿标准54.42元/m^2的2倍多。为了尽量满足农民的意愿,保障农民的生活和长远生计,当地政府应适当提高征地补偿价格,从而真正保证农民的生存权和发展权。According to the questionnaire and semi-structured interview data in Fugou County of Henan Province, we realized the basic living conditions of local farmers and land expropriation compensation, then established an orderly Logistic regression model, calculated farmers expection of the compensation price for land requisition. The result showed that in Fugou County of Henan Province farmers＇ expeetion of the compensation price for land requisition was RMB119.79- 173.91 yuan/m2 , while the number was more than the double of the current land expropriation compensation standards（ RMB 54.42 yuan/m2）. As far as possible to meet the farmers＇ willingness to safeguard the long-term livelihood of peasants＇ lives, the local government should improve the compensation price for land requisition appropriately, so as to really ensure that farmers＇ rights to survival and development.
