摘 要:为促进安全科学的发展,并完善安全信息学科理论体系,对安全信息学核心原理进行了研究。通过对安全学原理的了解,结合安全学与信息学的特点,提出了安全信息学原理从属的6条核心原理:安全信息质量原理;安全信息等级原理;安全信息共享原理;安全信息防控原理;安全信息反馈原理;安全信息监理原理。在安全学原理和信息学理论的基础上,创建了安全信息学核心原理的体系结构模型,并对其在组织中的应用进行分析,以促进安全信息学科体系的快速发展,论证安全信息学核心原理在组织中的重要程度。In order to promote the development of safety science and improve theory system of safety information discipline, core principles of safety information were studied. Through understanding the principles of safety science and combining the features of safety science and information science ,6 core principles of safety information were presented that are the quality principle of safety information, the grade principle 'of safety information, the sharing principle of safety information, the prevention and control principle of safety information, the feedback principle of safety information, the supervision principle of safety information. Then, on the basis of safety principles and information theory, the architecture model of core principles of safety information science was founded, and the model application in the organization was analyzed, in order to promote the rapid development of safety information subject system and demonstrate the importance of core principles of safety informa- tion science in the organization.
