若干国家科技创新部际联席会议制度概况及其对我国的启示

摘　　要：当前,中国正在推动建立科技创新领域的部际联席会议制度。本文针对59个欧盟与OECD国家以及一些新兴经济体中已建立了科技创新部际联席会议的12个国家,对其联席会议的设置情况、定位与职责、机构和人员构成以及运作机制进行了详细的对比分析和总结,在此基础上提出未来推动我国科技创新部际联席会议制度安排的建议。Nowadays, China is promoting the establishment of inter-departmental joint council for science ＆ technology innovation. The 12 countries selected from 59 EU and OECD countries and newly emerging economies which had set up inter-departmental joint council for science ＆ technology innovation were taken as the research objects, their organization establishments, development position and duties, institution and personnel structures and operation mechanisms were analyzed and summarized. Suggestion on promoting China＇s inter-departmental joint council for science ＆ technology innovation in the future were put forwarded.
