摘 要:为提高污水中氨氮降解效果,从吉林化工有限公司农药厂受污染土壤中分离筛选得到一株效果优良的氨氮降解菌Pseudomonas sp.ZXY-1。为提高其降解效能,设置四因素实验,分别研究了温度、pH值、摇床转速、C/N对其降解氨氮能力的影响。研究结果表明,菌剂生长周期为15小时,在温度为26.42℃,pH=8.56,摇床转速为136.23r/min和C/N为15时,菌株对氨氮的降解能力最佳,氨氮降解率可达98.91%,较优化前提高23.5%。In order to improve the degradation effect of ammonia nitrogen in wastewater, the sp. ZXY-1 Pseudomonas, which has a good effect, was isolated and screened from the soil of Jilin Chemical Co., ltd. In order to improve the efficiency of the degradation, set four factor experiment, was used to study the effects of temperature, p H, agitation speed, C/N ratio on the removal of ammonia nitrogen. The results showed that the bacterium growth cycle for 15 hours, at a temperature of 26.42℃, p H =8.56, shaker speed is 136.23r/min and C/N for 15 the growth of bacteria optimum growth conditions, optimized the strains of ammonia nitrogen degradation capacity of up to 98.91%, than that before optimization 23.5% higher.
