摘　　要：我国目前以本科层次为主体的职教师资培养已经滞后于职业教育的改革与发展,实现职教师资培养转型、规模化培养硕士层次职教师资是我国职业教育发展面临的重大问题,建立普通高校专业教育与师范院校教师教育相结合的、开放的"3+1"模式的职教师资培养体系,是我国职教师资专业化发展的重要方向。In order to promote long-term and sustainable development of vocational education, cultivating vocational education teachers of postgraduate level is the necessary requirement for the reform and development of vocational education in China. To establish an open system for cultivating vocational education teachers with ＂3＋1＂ model integrating professional education of ordinary universities with teachers＇ education of normal universities is an important direction for the professionalization of vocational education teachers in China.
