摘 要:假定指数函数需求形式下,当零售商的成本是非对称情形时,由单个制造商和单个零售商构成的供应链如何协调应对突发事件。首先,给出了在稳定环境下非对称信息时,利用全单位数量价格折扣契约的供应链协调模型;其次,研究了当突发事件引起零售商的成本发生扰动且扰动信息非对称时,运用委托代理理论和机制设计理论设计供应链契约模型。研究结果表明:如果零售商期望成本的扰动被限定在一定的范围内,初始的生产计划依然是最优的,具有一定的鲁棒性;如果零售商期望成本的扰动超过一定的阀值时,供应链最优决策就需要进行相应的调整,才能很好地应对突发事件,并进一步说明了非对称信息下全单位数量价格折扣契约更能有效地提高供应链扰动的决策效率。A supply chain formed by a manufacturer and a retailer has been studied. Supposing in the circumstance of exponential function,when a retailer's cost is asymmetric,how does the supply chain deal with the emergency coordinately. Firstly,a supply chain coordination model has been given,which makes use of quantity discount contract of all units under steady circumstance asymmetric information; Secondly,the essay studies when emergency cuases retailer's cost disturbance and such disturbance information is asymmetric,supply chain contract model can be used which is designed by principal-agent theory and mechanism design theory. The research result shows: if the expected cost's disturbance of the retailer is to be limited in a certain scope,the original productive plan is still optimal,and has a certain robustness; if the expected cost's disturbance of the retailer is to exceed a certain threshold,then the optimal decision of the supply chain needs to be adjusted to deal with emergency better. Furthermore,under the asymmetric information,quantity discount contract of all units can raise the supplying chain's decision efficiency.
