摘　　要：东盟政治-安全共同体是东盟共同体的三大支柱之一。从2009年东盟通过其建设蓝图以来,东盟机构及其成员国经过近6年的共同努力,该蓝图所设定的战略构想、具体目标和行动计划基本上得到了落实。当然,由于东盟共同体建设更偏向建构主义模式,共同体的根本目标还无法在短期内实现。ASEAN Political-Security community was one of the three pillars of the ASEAN community. ASEAN adopt- ed its blueprint in 2009, with 6 years efforts of ASEAN and its member states, the blueprint＇s strategy, targets and action plans were almost implemented. Of course, due to the ASEAN community building model was much more partial to con- structivism, the fundamental objective of the community cannot be achieved in a short time.
